The National Youth Media & Communications Ministry serves as the creative and technical support hub for all ministries within the Youth & Discipleship Department. We oversee the management of all media platforms and the website for the Youth Department. As the communications arm of the National Youth Department, we assist in promoting ministry activities and providing updates to the youth we serve in collaboration with other ministries.
Through our social media platforms, we foster a sense of community and create an online presence where our youth are encouraged and edified.
Additionally, we offer technical support for live streaming, training, and production for various events, such as our annual Youth Congress. The Media & Communications team also provides technical assistance to youth involved in media within the New Testament body.
Tamara Corke Watson is a devout lover of Christ since the age of 12. She is a member of the Portmore New Testament Church of God where she is involved in the Media and Communications and Teens’ Ministry. With a passion for media and artistic expression Tamara believes the gospel can be spread through every creative medium.
As a graphic designer and social media manager, Tamara is continuously exploring more creative ways to spread the gospel. Her passion for media had an unconventional start with her hobbies in public speaking, visual arts and I.T. This took her into several areas of media and communications and gained experience in copywriting, voicing, video editing and graphic designs.
Tamara is happily married with a daughter.
