Ministry Overview
The National Teens’ Ministry is the primary arm of the Youth and Discipleship Department that focuses on providing relevant, contemporary, formative, and holistic ministry support for adolescents ages 13 to19 years. The aim is to equip and empower teenagers to understand their faith, embrace a biblically faithful worldview, and impact their peers, the church, and wider community for Christ.
The National Teens’ Ministry organizes, oversees, and executes several initiatives and programmes geared at training and developing Christian teen workers as well as directly impacting the lives of teenagers. These include local and district leadership training, teen conferences, seminars and workshops, teens rally, national teens camps and other initiatives that support the overall objective of the ministry and Department.
Meet LePaul Francis
Rev Lepaul Francis comes from the parish of St Catherine and is a member of the Linstead New Testament Church of God. He accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour at the age of fifteen, and has been walking with Christ for over 10 years. Rev Francis is now an Ordained Minister of the New Testament Church of God in Jamaica.
Rev Francis pursued theological studies at the Bethel Bible College of the Caribbean- Jamaica where he graduated with a Bachelor of Theology and Minor in Guidance and Counseling. Currently he serves as the Host Pastor for the Woodpark and Windsor Castle NTCOG with the love of his life Nicole Francis. Rev Francis has a deep passion for Children’s and Youth ministry and serves currently as the National Teens Ministry Director of the New Testament Church of God where he helps to lead, develop and edify the minds of our future church for the Glory of God. Rev Francis’ aim is to foster the growth and development of people holistically for the glory of God and to see the souls being saved. All of this through the power of Pentecost.
